Is it possible to use IF THEN ELSE formatting for Smartlinks?
Meaning that if the custom field is not filled, it will still go to the general website instead of graying it out?

I would like to be able to use custom fields in the conditions and actions as well.

Currently there is no support for conditional fields, similar to what can be found in Zendesk Support. This can be very frustrating, especially when dealing with a lot of custom fields.

This is really a basic feature I would expect in a product like Zendesk Sell.

I would like to have the option make fields only show up when another field is filled.

I would like to see multibrand support in Zendesk Sell.

Right now, if an organization has 2 brands to manage, there is now way to add more than one email address per user and also no option to select a different signature.

The fix would be to allow users to add more than one mailbox and also be able to have more than one signature to select from.
