I'm leaving this thread. It seems this function is not a priority for Zendesk. We've had to move away from this product. 

I keep seeing updates on this thread but I don't see any action being taken. Zendesk are you taking this thread seriously? Seems like a lot of frustrated customers. +1

Yes this! Seems like a basic out of the box function that other platforms have.

This is a bad look. Makes me look bad to my clients the I am getting on this platform. Seems basic that this doesn't auto remove once completed. Please address this asap.
