When using the messaging widget on both Android and iOS and creating buttons with options for customer to click, the button only shows “option not supported” instead of the actual text. This works fine in the web widget.

How come it doesnt work using mobile  apps?

I feel like if the parent ticket is solved, it should be possible to notify all side conversations. for us that usually means that no side conversation needs attention anymore but if it would be possible to choose the action in form of a trigger that would be best, then each user can decide on their own

Hello,

if a parent ticket is solved or a side conversation is closed, there is no update in the side conversation.

It would be nice to be able to add triggers to add a comment or change the status of the side conversation.

thanks. it seems however that HTTP targets has been deprecated. https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408826284698-Announcing-the-deprecation-of-HTTP-targets-and-conversion-to-webhooks

Is there any way to get notified in a side conversation, either via a comment or change of status, if the "parent ticket" is solved?

For us there is not really a point to check the side conversation if the parent ticket has been solved already

E.g. for Jira App in Zendesk: usage or updates are not visible on ticket logs when checking via API.

This might be something that would be good to have, at least a logged event about the creation of a e.g. Jira or Asana task
