This is needed. The more I look into zendesk to keep up with my business the more evidence shows that I need to start looking for a more professional alternative.

Wow. Nearly 10 years to get this basic feature and it's still not done. My company has this as a requirement now, so I guess we'll be dumping zendesk soon. 

Bad form Zendesk, what a let down.
