+1 ing above comment from Martin. Our team often reviews tickets related to past weeks, and this causes a lot of confusion in weeks after daylight savings time. The product should be able to identify the actual time of day at the date in question, based on the timezone, rather than the UTC timestamp shown at the current timezone setting.

Add permissioning to edit webhooks on the role permissions page
We would like to understand if there is a role setting when editing a role in the Roles page (https://subdomain.zendesk.com/admin/people/team/roles) that could enable a role to edit webhooks.
 
We have our engineering team members that need to have access to some of the webhooks we have, but we don't want to give them full admin permissions. Would be great to see if this is possible. We would add this permissioning to the "Engineer" role in our system.

+1. We have a large roster of users in various roles, and although being able to filter by different roles is nice, finding individual users in the team members page is faster than using the regular ZD UI to search for users --> manage in admin center.
