OpenedX has this figured out with a very elegant export feature. Cheers for open source. 

Sorin Alupoaie - it is possible that Help Center Manger can do what I need, but I already pay a bundle for Zendesk. I am a small company and am reluctant to pay for another app just to get an occasional PDF download of my help articles. 

If Zendesk is not interested in offering this functionality (this and others have been open for quite a while), is there a quality third-party option that you can recommend? 

This seems to be a common request. 

We also would like an option to export our guide to PDF for customers that require hard copy or are not on the internet.
