Hi,
not sure if I'm going to use proactive tickets but we have been using mailmerge for years now and while it works, it is not productive nor fast and tends to have human expected errors.
I could be wrong but i briefly checked those you mentioned and it does not do the job.

Hi there,
I went thru your help portals but cant seem to find what im facing so posting it here for some assistance.
We like to send mass emails to about 500 clients (per school) and those emails, while it is mass, it is a confidential email between me to that one client. And each of the email contains private details like their registered email, booking details etc. While all clients contain these same fields, the details in those fields are private.
How can i go about with this using ZenDesk or do you adv using other app in the marketplace which helps me with my situation?

Hi there, Im seem to have a little trouble understanding what this does.
Am i able to use the "Date" and create a birthday for awareness for my agents?
I have read this page but it still eludes me.

Hi ZD Team,
I was wondering if there is a way for me to check on my staff on whether they were "online" during 6am and what period of the day they were "away", "offline", "on-call" etc?
