Hi,

I'm trying to create a Zendesk request using the iOS SDK:

• https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/classic-web-widget-sdks/support-sdk/ios/sdk_set_identity/

• https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/classic-web-widget-sdks/support-sdk/ios/api_provider_using/#create-a-support-request

I'm using the exact Objective C code used in these examples. I receive this error:

Error Domain=ZDDispatcher Code=4 "(null)"

Thoughts as to why? It seems like I've set the user identity and initialized correctly.
