We had turned ON the sync for 2 days and later turned it OFF on our production environment in April. But I don't see anything in my Integration logs? I used to monitor in it in Integration logs back in April but now they seem to be disappeared.
Why is that? Do they get deleted after certain time? this is no where mentioned.
Also, if I turn ON the sync again is that going to be a new sync or it is going to continue from the previous sync?

We use Zendesk reports to report on agent weekly activity. I.e 1) how many tickets created? 2)how many set to solved? 3) How many tickets assigned/unassigned? 4) How many articles created, published, edited?
We have around 20-25 reports as such.
Now when we have a new hire, we have to go into each report to add the agent. Is there a way to make Explore reports dynamic ?(so new agents do not need to be added manually)

Hi,
I am providing support to 2 separate products A and B.
Suppose a customer is submitting a ticket, at first they select Product A or Product B then the next page would be form of 'How can we help you?' with drop down options of issues.
Is there an option to do this?
