社区评论 Developer - Zendesk APIs

Erica Girges Are there any plans to add any level of support for the article management and review workflow?

It's a very painful limitation for the API to ignore published articles with edits in progress (in progress, awaiting review, ready to publish). We use that workflow pretty heavily and it makes the API unreliable for us to manage our content holistically.

Hi Zendesk team!

Typing Custom Field into the search box in our help center returns very different suggested results compared to the actual search results displayed after pressing return/enter.

I think it might be a bug, per this note from this article about end user search results:

The search relevance used for suggested articles and posts is the same as the rest of the Help Center.

Thanks!

评论How to manage the help center

I ran into a couple of limitations with the help center API:

  • There's no way to know if a published article has been edited and saved via the Admin UI.
  • There's no way to see the edited version of an article vs the published article.

It would be really helpful to get that info added to responses 🙏

Thanks

Hi ZD team!

Are special characters supported as labels?

Our platform supports the use of @ and @@ to mention people and tasks. Customers are searching for those special characters in our help center and getting no results, even though those characters are present in the relevant article(s) and added as labels.

Thanks!

When you type `1. ` or `- ` at the start of a new line, the editor should format that as an ordered or unordered list.

Note: The backticks are there just to show that the formatting is applied when you press to start typing the content of a line item.
