@... is something going to be done with the minutes notification around SLAs? We have internal target of 30 mins plus a customer facing SLA - we would like to track and get notified when these are about to breach under the hour. For customer facing SLAs - when system is down our target is 30 mins and we have no way to notify outside of ZD at this time nor we can trigger automations/integrations based on this detail.
Yes - we've looked at Sweethawk but it doesn't fit our needs.

+ 1 on this feature. Our customers have complained they don't have enough space to write their query in the proposed form. Furthermore the bot doesn't make it intuitive enough for them to know they can submit more right after the form.

+1 we need to report on our customer base reporting issues and how those issues get resolved and we need the ability to cross reference data between incidents (like org name) and problem (like ticket fields in problem ticket).

+1 on the above, any news? It is causing a very bad experience for our customers and we're getting complaints because we don't auto auth through the widget.
