There is a bit of inconsistency with the naming… Why is the SSO not called "Sign in with …" ?

 

It would be nice to have a custom favicon for the SSO.

Hello. I tried to upgrade my custom template from v3 to v4, but it doesn't want to show the New request form, giving this error:

 

TypeError: Failed to resolve module specifier "new-request-form". Relative references must start with either "/", "./", or "../".
 

I think I have copied the code from github, but I must have missed something. Anyone has a clue?

I have these pages 100% copenhagen default:

  • templates/new_request_page.hbs
  • script.js

We can't implement our GDPR handling due to this missing. 

We can't rely on customer logging in to the portal or creating tickets, we need to send Product Information news letters, so we can't delete inactive users willy-nilly.

Hello. It seems using assets is not supported in Dynamic content?
Firefox says "Can't load image" and Chrome says:

instead of something like this:


The same code works if used directly in the .hbs:

 

One more thing, could you please add "HTML" to the Placeholder on the setup of DC, much like in the HC - Asset properties?

Triggers: {{dc.item_name}}
HTML: {{dc 'item_name'}}
CSS: ?
...

Unfortunately we do not have permissions checks like those you describe. It is possible to use access JavaScript and call into e.g. the users REST API to get information about the current user.

Taking notes about your request to have more built-in permissions handling in custom pages and/or in the templating language.

Why is {{#if signed_in}} not working in custom hbs, like it does in all the other hbs templates?

Are there other helpers which does not work?

but the function seems to always think that the user is not signed in.

This means I can't use this function. (I read about the script thing, but I have no knowledge of scripting.)

A workaround I see is to make articles instead, probably with specific templates. You lose the custom URL though.
