How can I create an action that uses the co-pilot agent to modify ticket fields? The endpoint https://photosi.zendesk.com/api/v2/tickets/{{ticket.id}}.json does not work. It cannot get the ticket.id

Hi, I also have the same problem as Eren and Jiří Chovanec
If on Firefox is active "Enhanced Tracking Protection", the chat snippet for classic web widget is declared as tracking script and gets blocked, so the widget is in this case not usable.

I have already sent a ticket and support has recommended posting here. The ticket ID is #12047406.

When will it be fixed?

With 500 monthly resolutions we were able to maintain the service.
With 1000 MAUs we don't make it to 10 days.

This redirection works only for anonymous requests.

If the user is logged in he ends up in the window of his open request.

Is there any way to do the redirection even if logged in?

I found the article suggesting how to hide the form selector in guide:

But, I would like to hide the selector only after the user has selected the form. Can this be done?
