Hi there! 

Having a function within Zendesk to bulk link tickets to a single Jira issue would be very beneficial for our organization. We have a team that manually links Zendesk tickets related to incidents, and the team having to go ticket by ticket to link all affected issues to Jira is very time consuming and inefficient for what we are trying to accomplish. 

Upvoting here as well! Apple app store connectivity would improve our workflows a massive amount.
