Thanks for getting back to me Eric Nelson.  We are looking for a way to use multiple answer bots in our app as we want to start with different flows depending on circumstance.  Making multiple brands was just a workaround we wanted to try for this.  Is there any better way you know of to have multiple answer bots?

Hi Greg Katechis, the link is for the Classic SDKs.  We're using the Messaging SDKs and I don't see a way to include a brand URL during initialization.  Are multiple brands supported in the Messaging SDKs?

评论Using AI agents for messaging

Hi there,

We would like to show the user different bots depending on where they are in our app.  We're using the Zendesk Messaging SDKs for mobile.  Is there any way to do this?  It looks like each channel can only have one bot.

Making an API call isn't practical for us, since we don't want to track the user's location in the app on our backend.

Hi Zendesk team,

What is the proper value to use for the `kid` property in the JWT header?  Is it the App ID, Client ID, or none of these?

Hi Max,

It would have saved me a good deal of time if this information was in the documentation for the Classic SDKs.  Something like "Using the FlowBuilder to provide a flow for the AnswerBot is only supported in the Messaging SDKs" in the docs for both sets of SDKs would have been very helpful.

Hi Mick,

Thanks for your reply.  Does this mean after I log in the user, they won't be prompted for their name and email at the start of the messaging flow?
