Hi team, 

 

I’ve noticed that the chatbot’s translations often don’t sound natural and it’s obvious that they were translated. It affects the user experience, as the responses come across as awkward or disjointed.

Could we explore ways to improve this without requiring manual adjustments?

Could we explore the possibility of setting up custom alerts for chatbot issues that hit a specific threshold? For example, if we receive 500+ conversations regarding x issues for Brand X within a 30-minute period, I suggest triggering an alert to address the issue promptly. This proactive approach could greatly improve our ability to address user concerns in a timely manner.

I have recently implemented adding conditions to my flow using a dropdown option. Is there a way for the chatbot analytics to capture the choices I added in the dropdown fields? Additionally, how can I track those interactions that did not result in a handover?

I also wanted to add that although Zendesk bot supports Arabic, the messages are shown from left to right. That seems strange. It makes it hard for Arabic speakers to use it easily. It would be better if the messages were shown from right to left, like they're supposed to.

Do we have an update on this issue? We've attempted the workaround, but unfortunately, the problem still persists. This greatly impacts our branding, and we are hoping to get this fixed as soon as possible.
