Please allow us the option to use the old layout, the new one is absolutely terrible, and it seems like a lot of users agree. See also: Post

The new workspace composer window (where you type your replies to your customers) is already affecting speed and accuracy, as well as being a terrible UX. Having to individually adjust the composer window size on each new email is absolutely awful (each message obviously contains a different body, size, images etc, and so this annoying new window you have to type in can never have a 'set' size) and as I can see from other posters, having a negative impact across the board. This claustrophobic and clunky new interface does not work for those of us who operate with a high contact/ ticket volume. Please put it back to how it was before, or at least give us the option to select the old, more efficient workspace with static scroll.
