Hi,
We would like to create sub-group field or sub organization field then restrict support agents visibility to see the tickets within their sub groups or sub organizations.
It does not seem to be aviallable in Zendesk currently but is there any workaround that we can implement?

Hi,
I would like to make support agents able to restrict access of the ticket to specific person or group of customers. Currently, the only options in access drop down list are the following: the customer can see all tickets from same organization or only his tickets.
Also, we would like to provide our end users the ability to lock (hide) specific tickets from other end users in the same organization (using a checkbox).

is it possible to add a checkbox in which customers can lock access to the ticket from other users in the same organization. Do we have a workaround to change the permission so specific users can view tickets in the same organization. Right now, access permission is set to all users or none and I do not see any access on the tickets level it's either organization or user access level?

Hi,
I have been trying to add the job title to the signature which is a custom user field. I tried to insert the below but it didn't work.
