Hi. How would you do it so that only article titles are bulleted and not subsection titles?

Are we able to create a trigger to alert our internal team when a new article is posted? Thanks.

Hi, can you tell me how I would go about creating two columns in my sections page so that the subsections are in two columns? an example would be: Using Guide for help center – Zendesk help. Each subsection is placed into either column with a list of their articles underneath. Thank you.

Hi, If I'm to understand correctly, then each brand has its own unique template, and altering the template of one brand won't affect the other brands even they're using the same (Ex. Copenhagen), correct? If this is true, would you be able to tell me how to create two columns of sections similar to this layout: Using Guide for help center – Zendesk help ?
