It would be nice if one could select 'JIRA Linked Issue Number' as a column under Zendesk Views for a quick cross reference and ease of search. Today, there is a manual workaround to a custom (text based) ticket field and fill it out manually, but this request is for the system to allow this functionality out of the box.
