the fact that messaging does not have sla's is absurd and enough reason to start looking elsewhere since chat is our primary channel. 

Is there a way to set user level ticket sharing/visibility via API? 

Is there a way to manage via API which end users get access to their organizations tickets as opposed to just their own tickets?
