Is it possible to identify user country location automatically when they interact with web widget or mobile
SDK ?

Another thing how make Web Widget identify the customer if he exists on our system without the need to fill in for example the name and phone number each time so that if he exists he identify the user name location and any other saved data on his profile for example ?

Thank you Dainne Kiara Lucena-Laxamana however I need to somehow get the commenter id and comment Id from the comment inside Zendesk is that possible ? and how ?

Destiny Thank you for your response .
By that I have 2 more questions if you can help me with :

1-How to override this limitations and does SunCO can override it ?
2-I have an idea which is as you said that bot detects browser language so can I send an API request to the browser to change the language meaning by choosing from i.e. 2 languages then if he choosed English I fire a request to change browser language which means chaning bot language . is that applicable ?

I want to measure Average handling time for agents . I mean by AHT here the first update agent did after he was assigned the ticket . how can we do that 

I tried to do it by using Latest Function but it sometime count ticket assignment as the first update which is wrong
