Is there any update to this functionality? This could enhance our workflows and expedite the publishing of information/articles. There's a potential risk that an article might go unnoticed and remain unpublished for an extended period unless the publisher actively remembers to search the queue for updates. This intuitively feels counterproductive and basic functionality that should exist for a knowledge management system - in order to get the latest information published as promptly as possible.

Is there a feature that would notify a publisher when an article is new or has been changed - and is waiting to be published? Right now, as a publisher, the only way I know that there are new articles that need to be published is if the author has informed me, or, if I proactively search the queue. It would be incredibly helpful to receive a notification of some sort, that an article is pending to be published ...
