Hi all - I'm Alyssa, Senior Product Manager for Search. This feature is planned to start development this quarter and we are targeting a Q1 release. 现在，您可以在执行搜索时保存搜索，以便从 Support 中的“搜索”页面轻松访问搜索。保存搜索会存储关键字、筛选和排序参数。访问已保存搜索时，您可以通过单击已保存搜索的名称来运行搜索。已保存搜索按用户进行存储，管理员和专员最多可分别保存 20 条搜索。

此外，您可通过编辑、重命名和删除等操作来管理已保存搜索。

Zendesk 为何作出这项更改？

构建复杂的查询需要花费大量时间。请确保使用正确的关键字、筛选和运算符，以便搜索返回您要查找的结果。

以前，我们无法在 Zendesk 中保存这些查询以便您日后访问。 

现在，Zendesk 将推出保存搜索功能，您无需重新构建常用查询，即可轻松访问并重复使用它们。

我需要做些什么？

您无需进行任何操作。当您导航到 Support 中的“搜索”页面时，可保存搜索的新菜单将自动可用。要了解更多信息，请参阅保存 Zendesk Support 搜索。

Hi Mylena - Thank you for your feedback, and I'm glad to hear you are enjoing the new Search features. The keyboard naivgation updates is an intended change. You can now use Command+Left/Right arrow to move the cursor to the beginning or end of the text. This more closely aligns with our keyboard and accessibility patterns across the platform.  Let me know if you have any questions. 

Hello everyone - I'm Alyssa, the Product Manager for Search. Thank you all for your continued feedback and patience. We have a lot of exciting improvements planned for Search this year, including Attachment Search. We are planning to start this work in Q4 of this year and hope to deliver it in early 2025. I will update this thread when I have more specific release dates and details.
