Hi Robin.
I was in contact with customer support in December to try and fix the same issue. Turned out the bot GenAI reply only works in English. I'm not sure if your articles and bot language are both english, but that might be it.

Hi @Daniel Aron. My content is not restricted though. It is open to all, yet the generative replies will not work. It only says it could not find a solution.

Hi @....
I am trying to get my answer bot to generate answers based on the help center articles, but with no luck. It wil suggest articles when I create answer flows that link to certain articles, or when I choose the option for suggesting articles instead of generating a reply. However, it will always tell me that I cannot find an answer when I ask it to generate a reply about e.g. payment.
All help center articles are public and available to everyone.
What can I do to fix this, and is it correct to enable "Generate reply" on all intents?

Hi.
I am trying to set up a search crawler for our help desk. I have embedded the meta tag in the header of the target webpage, the url for the site and for the sitemap are both correct, but It still gives me a warning saying that the domain cannot be verified and that it cannot find the sitemap. What can I do?

How do I give the customers the option of leaving a message which will be turned into a ticket when using the messaging widget? This was possible using the offline form, but I see no option for it now. Also, will my old webwidget classics be replaced with the messaging widget automatically if I enable messaging?
