Hey everyone,

I'm running into a critical roadblock with AI bots that's killing our support workflow. We're trying to implement an AI bot solution, but there's this key feature missing that's completely breaking our use case.

We migrated to Zendesk hoping to leverage AI bots, but we can't actually use them because of this missing functionality. The real-world impact is huge - we're forced to have human agents handle super basic requests that should absolutely be automated.

Right now, our support team is drowning in simple tickets that a bot should be handling. This means:
- Wasted human resources
- Slower response times
- Higher operational costs

I'm really hoping the platform developers are listening because this is a deal-breaker for implementing AI support.
