I understand that the ticket statuses that are displayed to end users in Help Center are different than the language that's displayed in the admin console.  This configuration is only confusing to the end user who is looking at tickets for their organization or tickets they are cc'd on.  No one is awaiting their reply.  Please change this language to waiting for requestor to reply.

We really need this too - we want to provide read only access to Product Managers and some Engineering Managers.  We have 1000 useless to us Light Agent seats and no read only access.

评论How to customize the theme of the help center

Agree with Eric, above.  Please make this a setting in the Guide Admin that for an individual article (or bulk update) you can hide owner and/or date time updated.  I feel like this shouldn't need to live in the theme.

Barry, it's been a minute.  When will we be able to round robin assign without load balancing?  There are two apps in the marketplace for this single feature.  They are expensive and neither has passed my company's security review.
