The feedback says, export of groups is required as it is not easy to go through each team member profile when there's a considerably high number of group members, just wanted to understand what it means to "go through each team member" exactly, does the admin wants to add/remove groups members?
If that is the case, our recently launched the Bulk Manage groups feature would be helpful. The admin can now add upto a 100 team members to one or more groups and can also remove upto a 100 group members from multiple groups.

Zendesk 为何作出这项更改？

以前，无法从团队成员页面访问组信息，管理员只能使用我们面向公众的 API 批量管理组成员资格。

进行此更改后，管理员可以批量管理团队成员的组成员资格，而不是单独管理每个团队成员，从而节省时间。此外，批量管理允许管理员对多个团队成员统一应用更改，从而提高准确性。

我需要做些什么？

您无需进行任何操作。这些更改会自动显示在团队成员页面上。有关更多信息，请参阅批量添加或移除组中的团队成员。
