Hi Aimee,
I have a question regarding the tickets are not falling under SLA, some settings has been changed by mistake. When we reply to a ticket it is creating a new ticket and not falling in the same chain of the main conversation. Due to this a new followup ticket is getting created. This is happening to random tickets.
Can you help me with that?
