Getting a 403 from List Queues Endpoint

I am having issues connecting to a specific endpoint, /api/v2/queues. I started getting a 403 response when connecting with basic auth via the api. It was working before. I get successful responses from /api/v2/ticket_fields with the same auth.

Not sure what could have changed and why only this one endpoint is returning a 403.

+1 this would be very helpful or the ability to copy fields, triggers etc. from production or a sandbox.
