Hi there!
First of all, thanks for the feature, this is really useful and not available among competitor helpdesks.

I have a question: 
In case I need to introduce a Phone Number field, how do I make sure the + does not disappear from the URL? 
Right now, if I use a Regex field and pass a number through the URL like this +123456789, in the form, I receive 123456789 (there is a space instead of the plus).
