    is there a particular reason for not doing so? To me it makes sense. I get often cc-ed as agent in order to provide input. So I am interested in revisiting where I am in CC through a convenient view (profiting from advanced filtering) rather than to navigate to my profile.

    This isn't something that our product managers have been able to prioritize unfortunately. I'd recommend sharing your feedback on this post as well as upvoting since that's being monitored by our product managers responsible for this area: I should be able to create a view for the tickets I'm CC'd on
