From REST API, How can I create ticket and sent it on behalf of user

Hello, how can I create the ticket via API but sent it on behalf of some user? 
is it possible to use "via" like when we got ticket from the email channel?

Hi there! To do this, you would want to use the Requests API, as I outline in this article. With respect to the via object, that has very limited abilities to write to it and it would not be possible in this situation. It's really just there to tell you what pathway that ticket was created on. If you have a use-case for wanting this to be editable across a specific function, please share that and I can share your feedback with the product team.
