Now if I use "updated" to search ticket in Support,
it will search "The date of the most recent ticket update." instead of the specific "update".
For example, I want to find the ticket I made a comment on 2021-05-07.
if a ticket A is created by 2021-04-29
I commented on 2021-05-01
the other one updated it on 2021-05-07
Then if I type commenter:me updated:2021-05-07
ticket A will show, right?
But I don't want to see this ticket! I don't want to find the comment made by 2021-05-01.
I asked Zendesk Support and they told me only Explore can do this.
I hope Support can have this function, too.
