Insights removed in "Reporting" - more clicks, more effort
Gepostet 24. Feb. 2021
Hi all,
Now that Insights is gone, clicking on "Reporting" takes me to a useless page "Your reporting is now powered by Explore" (really?) and a button to get to Explore ("Take me to Explore").
Here I find my dashboards which I am familiar with. But what's up with this detour and the fact that I have lost a very quick and convenient ticket overview that was available before? Feels like one step forward, two steps back to me.

Hi Eckhard,
Thanks for your feedback.
The Pre-Built dashboards inside the Reporting Tab of Support, do slightly change once Explore is enabled and Insights is removed.
You can read more about this in the following article: Why did the Overview Leaderboard, Satisfaction, and Insights reporting tabs disappear?
For now we did not migrate the Knowledge Base, Community and Search sections of that Overview report into Explore, but in the long run, all reports will be managed and viewed inside Explore.
I hope this is helpful explains why you are seeing some differences since the removal of Insights.
Let us know if you have any further questions about this.

Thanks for your reply, Matt. However, that is what I already know and see. It's the fact that it requires more clicks to access the same data. It was very convenient not having to open Insights/Explore to see that data. And honestly, I don't understand why your own Explore appears to be less integrated than Insights.

Yes this is currently an additional step and I understand what you mean. I will mark this as product feedback.
Alternatively you can simply open Explore using the product tray rather than through the Reporting Overview tab.
