Sort tickets by COLOR

    Hello José,

    We appreciate the feedback on sorting tickets, and well there isn't an option to color-code tickets now, you could create views based on ticket statuses. By creating those views, it would allow you to sort to show only those open (red), pending (blue), or on-hold (black) as an example.
