How to print a side conversation?

    This feature would benefit our team as well. Side conversation content is equally as important and should be included in the printing detail.

    YES YES YES, we definitly need the ability to print side conversations too, when we print the whole ticket!

    Is it in the meantime possible to print the side conversation of a ticket?

    Is there any outlook for this option? A side conversation for us is a case-relevant element to a ticket and needs to be printed or extracted from time to time.

    We have an audit requirement to print PDFs of some conversations especially with out partners.

    Because we cannot print a Side Conv email, our only choice is to +add ticket to create a separate ticket, but then we lose the benefit of connecting this conversation with the parent ticket.

    While we could use problem / incident (or an add-on app) to connect them, we just want to use side conversations - it's simple.  However, the lack of printing is an obstacle.
