Implement a time delay when responding to end users
When my agents are sending messages (whether it is a public or internal note) there is not a time delay implemented. There have been times when private messages go out as pubic messages by mistake and also times when we make an error in a message. I am thinking about something like how in GMail, you have a default 5 second delay to take a message back in case you need to make an edit or sent by mistake.
