Stuck in endless lack of support loop
After logging in from:
https://inkscroll.zendesk.com/admin/account/billing/subscription (expired trial)
I clicked on Purchase but am getting this page error which tells me to send an email to support@zendesk which then replies back to say 'join us on messaging'. Then I get stuck with your answer bot and cannot connect to an agent because of the expired plan.
I’ve been trying to enter my promo code for the startup program which has now also expired as its been a month. :(
Help please to resolve?
