New Agent Workspace - changing the requester
Hi,
Quite often we need to change the requester of the ticket.
Usually it happens when for example our Sales Team submits the ticket on behalf of the customer. In such cases we change the requester to customer.
In the old Agent Workspace after changing the requester, original requester was automatically added to CC. In the new Agent Workspace it doesn't work like this and every time you change the requester you need to add sales person manually to CC (as we want to them to be in the loop and don't remove them from the thread).
Would it be possible to enable old settings here?
