MacOS dictation function won't work for text entry in tickets
The ability to use the Dictation function built into MacOS does not work when trying to enter text in a ticket response. When a cursor is in the text field and will accept typing, trying to use Dictation freaks out and causes non-stop repeats of the dictated phrase, etc. It just goes haywire...
Whether a bug in the UI, or something that can be "made available" from MacOS I don't know?
Zendesk is the only thing I've ever used that doesn't not play well with the Dictation function in MacOS. In everything else system-wide, if you can type in a field, you can dictate into it as well.
The ability to speak a response using Mac's dictation ability vs. typing everything *greatly* speeds our ability to respond to tickets efficiently.

I am having this exact issue and it is extremely annoying. I use dictation often to save wear and tear on my aging fingers and wrists, and Zendesk is the only app that has this issue.
Just bumping this to hopefully keep it active and on the dev team radar. Being able to dictate responses versus typing would be a quantum increase in speed/ability to handle more tickets...
