This gives the customer an added level of security knowing they are talking officially with the brand. The customer is also more inclined to use this text line in the future since it would always be clear in their inbox (even if they did not save the number or add the contact).
Many great customer service organizations (Apple) already have this implemented and it is relevant to be a competitive player in any space customer support. Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback. We have no short term plans to work on this as unfortunately the technology is not there yet. However, it will be something we would like to implement once it becomes readily available.
