    It's not an option on my views either.  I think I saw an article that it was being removed.

    Why would they remove it?  Was super critical for us, and the fact it's removed from View Admin leaves us no workaround.

    Any chance Zendesk will see this thread?

    Sure seems like more than 2% use this feature, based on comments. And not sure why I’m even commenting, you’ve made your decision, we have to live with it.

    But honestly, your explanation was weak. Resource consumption/scalability, to sort by subject. If you guys need some help in the dev department, let me know.

    Hey John, we have over 100000 customers, so while the number of comments is high for what you might generally see in the community, as a percentage of our overall customer base it's still a small number.     Cheers, Dave. While you have 100k+ customers, I doubt everyone experiencing the same frustration posted to the community. And those positions…any 1099 offers? Can’t leave my day job, but happy to moonlight. All in good fun. Will stop being lazy and use automation to group.
