Macros are no longer listed in custom order (drop down currently is in alphabetical)
AbgeschlossenI have my macros sorted in a very particular order. I have categories of my macros. In each category everything is sorted by how often they are used. This allowed me to access my macros very quickly.
I logged into Zendesk today and found out that my macros are sorted in alphabetical order. Why would you change that? Is this a bug? How do I change it back to its custom order?
If it helps, when I go to manage my macros they are correctly sorted.

We have now rolled out a fix for this. If you have Zendesk open already in your browser you'll need to refresh to see the fixed ordering restored. Thank you.
