Macros are no longer listed in custom order (drop down currently is in alphabetical)Abgeschlossen
I have my macros sorted in a very particular order. I have categories of my macros. In each category everything is sorted by how often they are used. This allowed me to access my macros very quickly.
I logged into Zendesk today and found out that my macros are sorted in alphabetical order. Why would you change that? Is this a bug? How do I change it back to its custom order?
If it helps, when I go to manage my macros they are correctly sorted.
We have now rolled out a fix for this. If you have Zendesk open already in your browser you'll need to refresh to see the fixed ordering restored. Thank you.

All macros have gone all alphabetical again and don't know if it's the same problem as last time or if someone in our org has been messing.
Michael R I just tested it in my own test account and it seems to be working as expected. Please check your account setting and see if someone has perhaps turned off manual ordering.
Looks like it was an internal change.
