Rich HTML custom field
Hi! We need the rich HTML field possibility in Zendesk. We provide quite a lot of data in a details field that needs to be formatted and also links should be clickable. Please, when a rich text field will be available as a custom field? Many thanks!

Hi. I was hoping to understand this use case a little further. Are you referring to User or Organization fields ? Or Ticket fields?
Today, you can use the Multiline text field type in Users and Organization fields to capture text. URLs entered as part of this text will identified and be clickable.

Finally I have found what I wanted! Before there was some weirdo instruction that I googled elsewhere. These recommendations worked well for Windows, for when I had bought MacBook Air, I needed a different helper. I needed to download gaming tutorials, so my wife found about download videos in a variety of formats so if that subject is still topical for you, it can work out too, I guess. I am sure that if your Mac is more than one year old, you will need this.
