Show all data even with a 0 value in all columns

Our goal is to show a solved ticket count per agent daily (columns = closed ticket count / % one touch / %two touch, rows = agent list). We want to show a full list of agents, even if an agent has 0 for all columns on that day, to make it consistent.

      Agreed! There's a prior post requesting this here as well. I would love this, this is one of the missing features that makes it legitimately hard to get anyone to adopt this platform.
