    I hope all is well! Great to hear that you are having a good time using Zendesk! Enabling the 2FA in the Instagram account may interfere with the existing integration, so the best practice I would suggest is to delete and re-integrate the integration after performing this. You can find the instructions described here. Please, kindly look into best practices and information on Facebook/Instagram side before performing this action, as they might have relevant updated information and instructions on their side as well.
