Feature Request: Block Users by IP address in Zendesk Ticketing
It would be extremely beneficial to our organization (and I imagine others) to be able to block users from submitting tickets by IP Address(es). We have a lot of wasted manual work dealing with tickets created by fraudulent users. We can block their email addresses, but even with triggers and automations, we are playing whack a mole. Being able to block specific IP addresses wouldn't be a silver bullet but it would help greatly.

A range of IP addresses would be useful as well, considering a lot of fraudulent activity comes from certain countries. If you don't do business in that country, block it.
