Let me update Form Conditional Logic via the API

Feature Request Summary: 

I need to be able to make mass changes to conditional fields with certainty that the correct selections are in place. I need to be able to delete and re-apply changes quickly and easily. 

Description/Use Cases: 

I would like to use the conditional end-user form options, but the complexity and number of fields I need to specify is...intense. To try and quantify this, it's close a hundred combinations and outcomes I need to set. I currently do this through a third party tool and the JSON is eyebleeding and enormous. However, the third party tool does allow me to test my changes before pushing them live to end-users, and allows me to this in a code manner that allows me to double check my work in ways that a UI with 50+ drop downs simply doesn't. 

In order to use this feature,  I would need all the conditional logic for a specific form for end-users to go live all at once, and there's no real way for me to do this. There's no preview or testing, and no ability to save without it immediately being a live change. That means that I need to make a hundred plus menu selections, by hand, accurately, and not save any of them until I'm 100% done with every conditional part of the form. If I mess up and need to revert, my only choice is to delete it all and try again, from scratch.  I cannot deactivate, or paste in my old settings to get back to "where I was". It's critical that I not have a broken form in place if I need to redo all the combinations and outcomes.
